We are primarily using SNMPv2c and only using v3 on select devices. The APM templates we are using are not using SNMP to poll but are instead using performance counters and windows credentials. I don't have results recorded in terms of testing, and will post back when I have recorded results.

Unsure as to the "official" level of support, but in my netflow and NTA environment I recieve all flows that are sent via FNF. From this link http://thwack.com/support/netflow.aspx it appears that it should support it, as there is a video discussion regarding FNF.

I recently had a problem similar to this, but it was an ACL problem on the LAN interface rather than VPN acl. Check your LAN interface ACL and remove/add appropriate entries if applicable.
