I have also noticed this along with other columns which are greyed out. For example, the 'title' is greyed out. This would be extremely helpful for VDI pools where VDI PCs are created based on a master. It appears DRE checks against the original computer name on this master VDI PC.

This is great feature but I cant see how an agent's OOO can be updated via an Admin, is this possible? This would be handy if an Agent forgot to set an OOO and is unable to login to Solarwinds.
