Is the Thwack password reset working ?

I tried this with one, and it looks like it's stopped polling for CLI entirely now. No ASA Remote Access stats at all now for that device . Did you bounce services afterwards ?

Found that the Neighbor state change syntax we had in a filter allowing some Notice messages was incorrect for what Solarwinds was pulling into Syslog Viewer. Unfortunately, I figured this out on my own, Solarwinds was unable to help.

Also having a lot of issues with this type of report currently. We have users missing that know they were connected, etc. All data drops when we hit around 3-4k active users. With all the users working from home, we REALLY need this type of data to work, and any help would be appreciated. We're having to go to another tool…

It is. We've confirmed they are going out in packet caps. Actually on a call with support right now, figuring this out, hopefully.

While I was able to utilize your solution provided, I'm also struggling with trying to assign the (-1,getdate()) as a timestamp column. It results in: but I'd like that result to be timestamped(Really, Datestamped, just need the Date) with the date of the result, which is today's date -1 (previous date) Also, does anyone…

Ahh, I had come to the conclusion that I was going to have to use GetDate, but wasn't sure how to. Thank you!

Just upgraded the lab instance to 2020.2. Can't speak to the stability yet, but OrionMaps appears to be struggling. Can't add a device to a map as far as I can tell. ***Edit, doesn't look like it's just map issues for me" upgrade appears to have bricked my install. Looks like we'll be holding off upgrading for a good…

We don't monitor down to switch port level. Trunk only.

I have the same issues. We have 4, 5585's and it appears that this use case during this time of everyone working from home, may have been outside of What Solarwinds tested for. It's loading up Orion.ASA.RemoteAccessSessionDetail query and eventually not only breaks CLI monitoring, but also is detrimental to the database as…
