This request is a bit like the logic used in the FAQ. Not hard to do. Just like creating the request types and sub-types to be presented in the FAQ, we do it in other areas of the platform.

Agreed. Vacation timed tied to a status in Outlook or SharePoint would allow for setting vacation in one location.

Four years and counting on this idea. Let me add that we are looking for a solution with built in chat. Without it, Web Help Desk may become a thing of the past at our enterprise.
