  • FYI, we also added 17791 (TCP) open for agent communication on any SolarWinds Orion server running Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 with NPM 12.   • Hi there! The .apm-template file is just XML coded file. You can use any text editor. I use applications like Notepad++ and Sublime for text code. You can't double click the file to open. But you can open through the applications looking for *.* file types. Hope that helps!
