  • Is there a way to add custom attributes to search for, when polling? I looked under the Attribute Mapping but I didn't see a "Description" per say. I did however add a asset custom fields, is there a way to include that under the attribute mapping?

  • I removed and added the server back to the group with no luck. I actually rebuilt the alert from scratch as well, no go.. I also did not see an alert triggered in the alerts tab. I have opened a ticket with solarwinds, thank you for your suggestions.
