I looked at the order and see that it was assembled back on June 4th but hasn't shipped yet. I asked our fulfillment team to look into this and get the item shipped ASAP.
-
I looked into the order and there was an error with the automated system. I reached out to the fulfillment team and corrected the issue manually. I asked them to get the order out ASAP.
-
I'll reach out to our supplier on Tuesday and get this resolved for you ASAP.
-
Hey sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I will reach out to our supplier on Tuesday and get this squared away for you ASAP.
-
Please send me a direct message with the order number and I will help resolve this issue.
-
Hey sorry, I have been swamped. I sent your email to the fulfillment center a few days ago and will follow up on that email later today.
-
I do believe this is out of the box with Observability but I'm sure I can get something similar using SWQL.
-
Thank you for this feedback, it is extremely useful. I have shared your comments internally. Have you checked out the LiveCast Archive yet? There is some great content there as well. Just thought I would mention it.
-
When you say "SWQL deep dives" can you give me some examples? You can post it here or message me directly. I would love to send this up the chain so we can make sure we are delivering the content you all are requesting!

We're glad you found SolarWinds Lab informative. The program is currently being retooled to provide the information you need in the best way possible In the meantime, there are some other exciting opinions at your fingertips right now. These include the Livecasts (archieved episodes can be also be found here) as well as…

Sorry, my prior post was miss worded. If you go to the Node and select "Edit" node, you should be able to set a custom threshold. When you put a check mark in the "Override Orion General Thresholds" you can assign a number or use the baseline for the device.
-
Until the trigger conditions are cleared the system will remain in a warning state. I'm getting my home lab up and running to check out the setting itself but while that boots, do you have a screenshot.
-
I will share this feedback with my management team.
-
Can you please try again? I'm not sure if it will work if you unlink and then relink the accounts. I just tried on my end and it didn't seem to work that way but just let me know and I'll make sure you get your points. You can just click on "Linked Accounts" on the footer of THWACK.com and send me a screenshot showing the…

Let me dig into this for you.

I can ask. I know if I was still a customer of the product and not the Community Manager I would want it to. You could put a feature request in as well and then have people vote it up. That doesn't act as a promise that the feature will be in the next release, typically feature requests are worked in 2, 3, or 4 releases…

Yeah having the "SELECT TOP 50" limits the results the widget brings in and the search feature only searches the information presented in the widget as you mentioned. Not sure resizing the widget would do anything because it would just make you scroll. I'm going to put this in my lab and see if I can figure something out.
-
Why would you want to use the SWQL search? Is the built-in search within the widget (if you are running 2020.2.6) able to do the same search without having to add that SWQL search behind it?
-
Not at this time.
-
That's the direction I would go. I've used PowerShell and the API to do several things like delete nodes that have been offline for X number of days. So doing something like assigning an UnDP shouldn't be that big of a lift. I'm just not well versed in PowerShell to come up with it by myself.
-
Have you looked into the "running script" action within the alert action?
-
This can probably be completed by using an API call and PowerShell script. I reached out to the THWACK MVPs to see if someone with better scripting skills than I can assist you.

I'll be working on a restock of the store in the next coming days.

Have you tried to build things using a modern dashboard? The bar graphic that you shows is a feature of web-based reports and modern dashboards only. Be sure to check out the Modern Dashboard Content Exchange as well because there are some great dashboards and some widgets that you can just import rather than having to…
-
When you are building out the report, are you starting off by selecting AppInsight for SQL: Application (or Database depending on which side of things you want to look into)?
-
Totally agree with you! I think using the threshold status of Critical (or warning for that matter) is better than giving a "hard-coded" value. This will allow you to account for one offs as well. @"Soumaya"- pull the SWQL out of that alert as mentioned and put it into SWQL Studio and test it that way. That will give a…
-
Yeah I agree with @"KMSigma.SWI", it seems like you might have a duplicate alert that is still active because looking at the screenshots you have things set up correctly. Let us know, I would be interested in work with you to get this solved.

Just for future reference, if anyone would like to change their username, please send an email to THWACKADMIN@SOLARWINDS.COM. I am in the process of moving the emails to the Service Desk so the other admins can help track such requests.
