I will look into this.

Hey @"melonizame" the issue was on myside of things. There is only ONE correct answer for question 9. So due to that fact, I have again reset the question for those that got it wrong so you have another chance to answer the question correctly.

Looking forward to seeing everyone there!!

I'm planning to upgrade my systems after the holiday freeze is lifted (we put a stop on all Production level changes throughout the holiday season). I already upgraded my one development poller but I have 12 pollers for my production systems. I'm looking forward to upgrading to 2018.4. My users have been looking for SAML…

I echo what @"smttysmth02gt" says. There should be an "NCM Admin" role that allows them to run firmware upgrades and other jobs but without giving them rights to the entire console. This introduces a variable that could really mess up the environment that I spent so much time and effort building. The way I run my system is…

I sent her a message as well. I know the staff was off yesterday and it's still early in her time zone. We just need to be patient.
-
That's an interesting idea. If I can find a way to automate this like the participant badge then we might be able to do it.
-
That is really interesting. I took the SWQL you posted (removed the CustomProperties just to make life a little easier for me since I don't have those CPs in my set up and these are the results I got:

I just run this general select statement SELECT TOP 1000 NodeID, SpeedMHz, NumberOfCores, NumberOfThreads, Name, Stepping, Model, Caption, Manufacturer FROM Orion.AssetInventory.Processor And it returned these results: This is from my home lab where I don't have multi-processor machines but you can for example, my…

Can you send me a copy of the SWQL you currently have written up?
-
Those are the same things I would key on if I was trying to make this query so I would say you are on the right path.

Here are the UnDPs I used to monitor the SD-WAN devices that are monitored within my old environment. You can just simply download them and import them into your system using the UnDP app on your primary poller.
-
That is exactly what I was to share. If you are looking for the UnDPs I used, please visit my post in the Content Exchange where you can download them and add them to your system directly.
-
While I don't have the answer myself, I'm reaching out to someone here internally to help address your questions.
-
Sure, please give me a business day to go through my old notes. I do believe I posted something here about it but worst case I can just pull up my notes.
-
Before I was working at SolarWinds, I was using NPM and some custom pollers to monitor SD-WAN devices through the network for the company I was with.
-
I don't have the exact answer for you, but I'm going to forward this post to the Product Manager for SWSD and see if that team has an answer for you.
-
Glad you have found it useful to you. The Academy team has worked very closely with the Community Team that maintains THWACK to bring this space to you.
-
I personally don't have the answer but I shared your post with the THWACK MVPs. I'm sure one of them can provide some good tips.
-
Did you follow the steps listed here on how to configure Trap Viewer?
-
Please send an email to thwackstore@solarwinds.com with the order number and I will look into this for you ASAP.
-
Please let us know if you need any further help!
-
Rather than breaking it down into two groups like you have, I would suggest setting the alert conditions to be like the image below. This alert would trigger if the machine is a server with a machine type of VMWare ESX Server in a down status. Does this help?
-
Can you submit a support case for this by going to the customer portal? They are expecting your ticket.
-
OK. I'll try and find someone who can jump on this thread that deals with SWSD directly and ask them to help you out.
-
This is not a promise that it will happen but we are looking into what it would take to make that happen.
-
Are you using SWSD? Just trying to help understand how things are built out in your environment.
-
I just sent you a private message letting you know I've refunded your points and there is nothing else you do.
-
@"hoppingubu" - we just had a meeting to discuss this and I"ll be reaching out to you shortly with our resolution.
-
I will definitely ask when I do the next restock!
