Custom property was created over a year ago, maybe more. Solarwinds has only been in place for a couple of years so version 11.X install - web reports have been available for a while however this was done in report writer. The issue is that the Custom Property is no longer available to select - it's completely removed and I have several. Report Writer simply doesn't recognise them anymore. I already looked at that article which is the exact error however it doesn't resolve the issue of the custom properties simply no longer being available…

Thanks for the replies all. In response to them - the issue did not occur again today. This is what I suspected might happen and the issue was a once off sort or qwerk of some sort. There are no jobs running - first job which is switch config backups kicks off around 1am so room to spare on that one. Agree support ticket…

Also be aware that Solarwinds by default holds detail data for 30 days and then rolls it up. If you want detailed data you will need to extend the time this is held in the database settings in the settings for NPM settings. I had this issue as monthly reports differed for the same month due to the data roll up
