Here is a screenshot of the recepients. No email address in the CC or BCC field. Email is being sent to the same 3 email address in the Reset Actions tab.

Hi, I'm responding to this even though it's been over 2 years since it was originally posted. Just wondering if you had any success in finding a way to get duration for the bandwidth events. This is something i would like to be able to show when the alert i have setup in our environment triggers.

Hi there, I just figured this out. I am using the default connection profile. For the Enable Level field, i changed it to 'enable' while leaving the Enable Password field blank. Now able to download the startup and running configs for the Cisco ASA device.

I have completed my testing and confirmed that the duplicate emails were caused by the my original alert monitoring both Send AND Transmit. I have now separated the 2 conditions into separate alerts and am no longer getting duplicate emails. Thanks for your help.

The alerting is setup to potentially receive emails about several sites. However, only 1 site is exceeding 90% of the bandwidth allocated to them.

Here is a screenshot of the Trigger Actions tab. Action is sending an email to myself and a couple other colleagues at Comtech.
