Absolutely agree with the above... Also, how about LINE graphs? A simple chart showing volume by month is missing, or volume by day/time, etc. These are all very pertinent types of information that management wants to see.

Sorry... so you generate the report using the filter, Select Table Only. It should show as below: Then click on the total and it will generate the report

The key is to use filters.... you want to filter inclusive for Open & Pending
