How do i get SP3 for the eval version to fix this bug? i would have thought you would have wanted to offer your eval version bug free (a version that includes SP3)

SP3 did not fix the problem for me.

I had the same exact situation.. and I called Solarwinds and they accused me of installing an eval copy multiple times (trying to get longer then 30 days out of it).... Finally got a hold of a sales guy that gave me a new license had to install it again... arg..... to think their pre sales is this bad.
