To fix this problem you have to manually edit the NPM database. Attached is a file showing the database tables. If you want to view the information in the table before you change anything use the Database Manager and browse the NPM database websites table.

Is this based on one node you have tested or on multiple nodes? It sounds like you have configured an entirely new alert. Have you tested the default alert provided by SolarWinds?
