It isn't intuitively obvious how to make work in spite of what the sales people promised, with little or no documentation it is difficult to get many things to work because it isn't clear how all the components work together.   • What was the result of this? We are providing a service to multiple sites/entities and it isn't clear how to accomplish this in LEM other than a separate LEM for each site making for more work and not having a Master of masters to roll up to becomes an issue.

  • I to NEED to have Multi-Tenancy. We are an IT service provider to our clients and use LEM for monitoring them. No easy way to keep event isolated and easy to alert/manage/report on.
