I know it seems like the inline power values are doubled, but it's actually a little more complicated. The unit of the value given by 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.117.1.1.4.1.3 and 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.117.1.1.4.1.4 is 'centiAmps' @ 50v.
