Hi Georgiy No, The egress does not show the rest of the traffic. The toal TCP is around 14G but the sum of top 20 applications (egress direction) is about a few hundreds Mbytes. The same result for ingress. However when view using BOTH ( ingress and egress directions) the numbers are correct.

weird, the third one is polled at 1 mins interval for 2 times and now it is back to 5 mins interval. The setting is still 1 min interval

Humm, it is confusing. a few default monitoring ports exclude traffic from the custom applications. however there are a few still counting twice. I can see a conversion on both default monitoring port and custom application. Could someone explain please?

I am having a trouble with proxy too. I would like to test the http user exp to google.com but the proxy requires username/password. is there any way to add username and pasword for the proxy authen? thanks

Hi, If I view with both directions ( ingress+egress) it looks okies. When using ingress option, I got that view. I got that view by Click NTA-> expend Node-> Click One of 2 interfaces on that router -> select ingress option. Thanks, Tao lao

Hi Sean, thank you very much for your quick reply it has been 30mins but it is still polling at 5 mins interval. I have set that interval on 3 routers. The last one was set 20 mins after the first 2 but have updated. The first 2 is still on 5min interval. ( I dont have access to the server, so can do it manually). is there…
