Our technicians have repeatedly requested an automated email reminder for Problems. This appears to be a fundamental functionality gap rather than a feature that should require voting or prioritization as a new request.

An "Archived" state for Service Catalog would be valuable as well. We don't want to lose the history of things we had as catalog items previously. Right now we are doing similar as Castro menioned with the Solution Articles. We have to mark them as "Internal" or "Draft" state and we put the word "ARCHIVED" in the title.

It's annoying this has to be a feature request. SolarWinds adds functionality but doesn't think through the implications of adding features. The "assigned to" and "group assignment" should be separated under notifications so we can decide if a notification goes to an entire group or just the "assigned to" agent.

The Request Type was searchable on the client's history tab in Version 12.3 of WHD. However, we are getting ready to upgrade and it looks like it has been removed in Version 12.5.1, which is very disappointing because many of our clients use the request type search.

I'm having the same issue. I tried creating a new request type and a creating a new checklist. I cannot assign the checklist to the request type.
