This would be a very helpful feature. We have a malware alert ticket that is generated via email. We are setting the priority to critical, but we would like to also add tasks to the ticket so our help desk technicians respond to the ticket in a consistent way.

All this does is give a notification that there are new incidents. It'd be nice to have the page auto refresh to actually display new incidents instead of having to click. Other ITSM products do this. Users can set the timeframe for the auto refresh from 30 seconds up to 5 minutes.
