I have exactly the same issue. I can connect to the first server using agent but cannot jump. It behaves like there is no [x] Allow agent forwarding checked in the session, but we cannot have access to the putty session setting. 

Hi, is there any documentation on the scripting capability ? Like syntax ? Does it support variable like %username% or %password% ?
