Hi, Thanks for the share. I moved the DHCP servers on different pollers and emptied main poller from DHCP servers, all DHCP servers are on other additional pollers now but still main poller is showing heavy load what could be the reason behind it?

Hi Kekline, Thanks, as you can notice, in modern dashboards, we can only use swql script we cannot use sql script and this is sometimes very crucial to showcase the information of database specially because many things you can get by sql script for databases rather than by using swql.

Yes if the last database sync time is more than a certain time period like more than 15 to 30 minutes or an hour.

Hi, I worked on the script and found serial numbers of almost all switches but those entities which are showing Module 1 or 0, they are not showing serial numbers. Can anyone help on it. Thanks in advance .

Great thanks is that script will also extract Cisco virtual devices serial numbers because can see only physical entities serial numbers.

Can we create a dashboard to show what is the status of these service now integration instances and alert if status is down we can get an alert via email?

I guess we also need to show last restart date and time with last update time

Oh yeah, I have an idea to reset the alert condition if event Type generated Nightly Maintenance Completed then alert will be reset and inform via email notification saying that alert has been cleared.

@"james.kluza" Thanks i will check and share the updates. what will be the criteria and query for clearing and reset the alert in this case and may be alert creation for all 3 states like starting, completed and error or warning in database maintenance checks

Started this issue after upgrading on 2024.4

if any module like NCM is not compatible with windows server 2022 but installed on MPE (OSW2016). If that device is on APE (OSW2022) will it be monitored and worked perfectly or will face some problems? can anyone please mention a detailed reason of the answer with yes\no.
