Thanks for this advice. I will go look at the SQL connection logs. We are using a listener address to our SQL Always On servers. This is a change I made during the upgrade. I am thinking about re-running the Configuration wizard and pointing to the primary SQL Server Orion's DB is on rather than the listener address.

My mistake. I installed 12.4 NPM. I confused 12.3 HF1 with this install. I am running: Orion Platform 2018.4, NPM 12.4, SAM 6.7.1, and NCM 7.9.
