Is SolarWinds has the capability to store the Access token and Refresh token once API call returned and use them as variables to establish the connection.

Cherwell does accept the API Post method call with JSON template, When i test on solarwinds its giving the authentication error as Cherwell is accepting "API Key + Login credential" Something i'm missing at Body of Post request how to call API Key or Authentication. @"mesverrum"

For us adjusting the statistics collection to around 15 to 20 min for the specific wireless device and replacing the Job Tracker and Polling Collector on the polling engine where the device is added is fixed this issue. To Replace the polling collect and Job Tracker follow the KB mentioned.…

Hello Wesley, Did you fixed this issue? Even in my environment, we are facing issues with WLC(Only one and other WLC same model is fine) not polling any AP's Information. WLC removed and re-added to monitoring not fixed the issue. All the OID polling and everything looks good.

I have reviewed the log and we see the Wireless tables taking almost 5+ hours.

We haven't changed the condition. We just modified the email alert subject and saved the alert. Once we saved the alert it re-generating the alerts for active alerts as well.
