This is good. Is it possible to allow them to update a specific custom property for the device , without allowing them full Node Management access? Like i want them to set the MW and then add a ticket number in a custom property.

You could create a Job in NCM to get to check the devices where the backup is failing. Tag me if you find a way to do bulk snmp walk, We are not allowed to install the snmp module on our poller's PowerShell. If there is any other way, i am open to suggestions

i figured out what the issue was , Over the network there was a change made ,which was causing jumbo packets to be dropped,

Interfaces are fine, SNMP is fine. I did the SNMP walk ,Is there something specific i need to look in the snmpwalk?

Checked, sensor is checked, i have re-added the device. MIB database is not updated, no internet on the pollers

Try this, Run this in the DB manager, maybe change the first line as per the tables in your DB update dbo.nodes SET <customproperty>= 'xxx' WHERE IP_Address IN ('x.x.x.x','y.y.y.y')

I checked in the logs, strangely SW admin service on 2 other Additional pollers were hung , i guess, I restarted the admin service on those 2 server, then the diagnostics completed , without error
