Hi all, RC2 has solved the problem. It is available to download now.

My Support Ticket said the same thing. How can I be alerted or where is the best place to look to find out when RC2 is released? ....and does anyone know roughly when the next release is expected?

I'm using V2 but I haven't tried V3 yet. I'll give that a go on Monday. TBC.....

Ok thanks, I have raised a Support Ticket and sent a SNMP Walk for my HP MSM710 Controller

Ah I see! I have done that and changed the Alert to 'Rate' rather than Numeric Value as I discovered that this is how the Temp value is measured in the MIB Value Type. Now all working Thank you for your help, persistance and patience!

I've created all those and get various errors depending on which 'Credentials' I choose to use. I have to say, rather like the Help Database, that the error messages after a Test are quite obtuse. "Unhandled exception occurred during checking test e-mail. Original Exception message is: Logon failure: unknown user name or…

"Make sure you have Label assigned to table custom poller - right click poller in UnDP application and select Label." If I'm following you correctly I see that there is Label Type None for this Poller and that it is Greyed out - What is the significance of the Label? How do I add it if it is 'Greyed out'? Regards

Hi thanks for the MAPI Technical Reference Guide, that Document is certainly more informative than the Help article! However I'm still a little confused about how many user credentials I have to set up. Are we saying that I create all of the following with the SAME credentials? 1. Local User on Server Hosting SAM and MAPI…

Hi all, RC2, available to download today, solved the problem. I now have full visibility of my Wireless AP's in the Wireless TAB.

Sorry my typo' yes it should have read 'GET NEXT' It appears the historical data stopped right about the time of upgrade. One caveat I will mention is that the upgrade process may have been interrupted by an unplanned server shutdown.

It was a IE10 Browser security issue. Some Active X controls had been disabled. I simply added my site to trusted sites and set all Active X control to Enable. Seem to do the trick.

Hi, I tried that but still no alert triggered. Is it significant that the drop-down values (as per attachment) when I choose 'Numeric Value' are already set? Eg Can I add my own vale of 200? Where do the drop-down values come from in this list? Regards

Hi aLTeReGo thanks for the reply sorry but I'm struggling to configure. I need a bit more meat on the bones if you could assist. Setting up MAPI User Experience Monitor. Which Node am I supposed to be monitoring? My Solar Winds Server or my exchange server? Eg Is the MAPI UEM sending from Solar Winds Server Outlook Client…

Hi running the Maintenance Plan manually from the Start menu cleared the alerts. Question; Will the alerts simply come back in several days if I don't run the plan manually again? Has this task been scheduled before and how do I health check the state of said schedule?

Thanks Richard Nicholson you post was most helpful. I actually created a local Orion user rather than an AD Group. I stripped back all the menu and header option and set the bespoke systems summary page view to this user's Home page etc. Then in my Sharepoint Page Viewer Web Part i created the URL with the login…
