We don't have a NOC so no one looks at the dashboard and is responsible for it. We do display the dashboard on some TV's and some of us may display it on our own monitors. So instead we rely on alerts such as emails or SMS's. Then someone in our team will take a look at it.

So if I don't want to receive any more alerts on a particular node, this will quickly show me which alerts I need to modify so that this particular node no longer triggers those alerts.
