Me too but with only 11 votes in over a year, I'm guessing others haven't experienced the pain of when you accidentally delete a folder with loads of subfolders.

Wow what a list. Unfortunately I can't ever see me reading any of them. Outside of work I prefer to read music artist's autobiographies. And even then I rarely have time to read.

My work actually runs a competition where you make suggestions for things to automate. I've always tried to automate things, makes things much easier. Especially if you have to get someone else to do it.

I agree with this. I used to use Ciscoworks and it was cumbersome. Nothing was easy with it. NPM & NCM are very easy to setup and use. That's all I use these days. It does everything I need it to.

I think that's fair that you may be liable if you're hacked. People are trusting their details with you so you should do everything possible to make sure it's protected.

Interesting read. I've never looked at the cloud in that fashion before. For my work, the reason for the cloud was simple - to save money. By outsourcing our servers, we can reduce staff numbers. Less staff means more money. But sometimes it seems they've jumped in too quickly as now they don't get the same response time…
