So quick update for all here. Solarwinds Trap Service get also killed when u add and enable a Trap Rule. Ive seen this only at NPM 9.5 SP5 whether u have SQL Expr. 2008 or Expr. 2005. Diagnostic File send to Support at this moment.

creating an view for esx servers with custom pollers would help u, in this case. that ist what we have done. 1.3.6.1.4.1.6876.3.2.3 for mem avail and 1.3.6.1.4.1.6876.3.2.1 for mem size in this case. its only a lot of work.

As far as i know, you need port 445 also for wmi and all the random ports open for wmi. the polling user must be in the lokal admin group of the server and try to enable the remote admin in the dcom settings.
