Personally speaking I wasn't putting any expectations on SolarWinds but it was they (via @"KMSigma.SWI") that started adding in suggestions or querying what I was after. If they can host it, then I can see that it also benefits them but then it also (in my eyes) puts an onus on them to be actively involved.

I've done some more digging and it appears the duplication comes from the node having multiple alerts configured against it with very similar names! I have no idea why the TA decided this alert needs to be duplicated so I will discuss with him. You may return to sleep everyone :)

You know you can copy/paste images direct in to your message here - makes it easier to read? As to your issue, what are you trying to do? Your 2nd screenshot doesn't help as you've blocked out a key part. It looks like you've put a device (node) name in to where I think only a function should exist.

I think you'll need to reach out to support and get them to do this adjustment for you.
