  • Yes, if you want to calculate the actual total bandwidth being used you will sum the values, but if you want to calculate the total percent being used you average the transmit percentage value and the receive percentage value. David S.
  • I also had this problem in 7.1 and earlier. In 7.2 I have not had the problem. The devices instead of going to a down state and triggering the alerts go in to an unknown state until the poller catches up. David S.
