  • This won't work because the account logging onto to this view needs to see ALL devices on the network; on this view I want one chart to report on cisco devices - currently this can only be done by selecting custom chart and the options in the drop down list - which doesnt (YET?!) include any custom properties.

  • I guess that'll gives me the information I need, but it's not updated with everything else and it doesn't look very pretty. Is there a way of getting this data into a chart? If not can this option be considered in future editions of NPM?

  • Hi Hashim, Ive just had the same problem installing Orion 9.5 SP4. You need to do two things: 1. Make sure the log-in your using has permissions on this folder: C:/Program Files --> Properties-->Security Tab-->Add your Admin Username/Pwd in here & Allow Full Control 2.
