There is a known issue with WPM that requires the main poller to be fully up, after a restart of services, before you bring up your other pollers.
-
Let's see if chrispaap knows the answer off hand. If not, I will track the answer down for you.

Currently we are working on enhancing our browser and web application support. After that, I will be looking at migration to the web based reporting in Orion. That might be a good time to enhance any reporting functionality. Please add this to Web Performance Monitor (formerly SeUM) Feature Requests.
-
FYI, you are probably looking to modify AgentID in SEUM_Agents. While I cannot officially recommend you make a direct change to the database in this instance, this is where you would want to start. If you decide to do so, make sure you take a backup of the database.
-
That is true. This is a current feature request found here .
-
The SDK is the currently recommended methodology for any non UI automation.
-
When does this error occur?
-
WPM has been tested from an integration standpoint, so that should work.
-
Can you provide me with the support case #?
-
Sorry about that. I was caught up in the Write-Host you had in your screen shots and output comment. mlandman is exactly right with regards to input of arguments. Good luck!
-
That is correct. Let me know any specific requirements you have with regards to monitoring of AWS services.
-
Can you provide me with your support case number?
-
First off, let me apologize for the delay and any inconvenience associated with it. I have brought this to the attention of our support management. Please feel free to reach out to me directly if you continue to not receive the type of support you expect from us.
-
The version should remain the same. In the management UI, you should see the hotfix status reflecting the hotfix that was installed (see screenshot below).

We do have support for Windows 10. WPM 2.2.1 system requirements - SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC. Help and Support
-
Currently we do not have a "test" mechanism for triggering an alert. This would be a good item to add to Server & Application Monitor Feature Requests.
-
Have you tried looking at Server Configuration Failed: Incorrect user name and/or password (Error code: -2147467259) - SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC. … ?
-
I will track this internally. Please feel free to reach out to me directly if you have any questions while you work through the issue.
-
You can find WPM scalability performance guidelines here.

Derrick Swinarsky wrote: The real issue though is that the logs don't give us enough data to understand what is happening during playback. If I could have anything, it would be many more details in the logs to help understand if the transaction is encountering errors during playback...? I will definitely look into this…
-
Its not something we get a lot of ask for. You can add it to Server & Application Monitor Feature Requests and bring more visibility to it. The more people who want it, the higher it goes in priority for implementation.
-
Still digging on this, but I may have something that will work for you. Just want to verify functionality. By the way, I love this cloud stuff.
-
Good concept. I am looking into this scenario with some smarter people than I to see what is feasible today and what would have to be done longer term. Stay tuned.
-
That's the beauty of twack! Let me know if you do open one and what the case number is.
-
If you would, open a support ticket, post it here, and I will follow up on it.
-
@aLTeReGo's suggestion is the best way to find out if the credentials are the issue or not. I typically like to create a service account with domain admin rights and then scale it back as necessary.
-
I definitely slated for a future release. leigham martin, would you mind sending me an email regarding details of your environment. I would like to ensure we have your particular use case understood when developing this enhancement.
-
When you are creating or editing a view, you can set "view limitations". See attached screenshot for reference.
