I had this same issue this week. Follow the instructions in this article. - iis - solarwinds site - bindings - strip out the host name and leave blank - set the ip address to all unassigned worked for me NPM 12.1 Web Console tabs are missing - SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC. Help and Support
