Same here, showing 2.1.0.1087.

First you need to change your inventory configuration to pull the data from the registry keys you are interested in. Go to Patch Manager System Configuration -> Management Groups -> Managed Enterprise, highlight your domain, right-click and choose Inventory Configuration. Then select your default template, click on the…

Same here, we've had no problems patching Win10 Pro with WSUS running on a 2012R2 server. Just make sure you don't touch any of the Windows Update For Business (WufB) GPO settings or you can have machines reaching out to MS for updates instead of your WSUS server. Why WSUS and SCCM managed clients are reaching out to…

Have you reinstalled WSUS or installed this WSUS patch lately? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2720211 Have you taken a look at this? WSUS patch causes access denied errors in Patch Manager - SolarWinds Worldwide, LLC. Help and Support

They work fine here for upgrading existing deployments of Acrobat and Reader. I believe SolarWinds just imports the catalog from Adobe. All I do here is Publish the Adobe updates I need and then approve them to the groups here that need them. They've always installed here without any issues. Here are my stats right now for…

Usually you have to have the specified version of Apple Application Support installed before the iTunes upgrades will show as applicable.

These should get you started.

* Who would win in a battle between Chuck Norris and Manbearpig? Since Lawrence took care of all your other questions I'll answer the last one. Although Al Gore believes that Manbearpig would win that fight everyone else knows that Chuck Norris can win ANY battle. :-)

You should find everything in C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download

It's available now. I synced my server this morning and got it and have already deployed it to my test VMs.

That's a WSUS issue, not a Patch Manager issue. Try this fix. Windows 10 on WSUS Shows as Windows Vista | Title (Required): http://titlerequired.com/2015/07/22/windows-10-on-wsus-shows-as-windows-vista/ I noticed a thread on a forum regarding Windows 10 reporting to WSUS as Windows Vista. This was a problem if you recall…

Are you running WSUS 4.0 on W2K12 or W2K12R2? You need to have that and the post-WSUS install patches before you can patch Win 10 machines. WSUS running on W2K8R2 won't do the job. Deploy Windows 10 updates using Windows Server Update Services (Windows 10) | Microsoft Docs

Same here, I imported them with no issues.

The default package from Solarwinds already does a silent install. That's the one I use and it always installs silently. I also duplicate the package and then modify it with Package Boot Editor to uninstall any older versions I may have out there since JRE8 doesn't uninstall previous versions of JRE8 by default.

Same here, Adobe stuff every day since 8/5/16.

I answered that a while back in this thread. How to inventory Internet Explorer?
-
Why are you building a special package? That's a standard Windows patch that is already in the WSUS database. All you need to do is Approve it for distribution to the group of machines that need it and it should install when Windows Update is scheduled to install patches on those machines.I can see them in my Patch Manager…

Not deploying Win10 here yet, but from what I've read you have to be using WSUS on Windows 2012R2 (W2K8R2 WSUS will not work) with the KB3095113 patch installed. And if your WSUS server has download issues with the Win10 patches you need to add a new MIME type to the IIS server. Open your IIS MMC. Drill down into the…

You didn't mention which Windows server you were hosting it on, 2008R2, 2012 or 2012R2. We're still using 2008R2 and the only patch I installed from 8/25 was KB3187022 to fix the printing issue with security patch MS16-098. I've seen no sync issues and no errors like that on my server logs. I also have all the other…

One of our companies was split off into a new domain and there's no Patch Manager to manage them so I had to come up with the correct command line to uninstall the components using a PDQ Deploy package. Here's what finally worked. "C:\ProgramData\{09298598-9684-4901-AFBC-9E2DCB965536}\wmiproviders_2.1.5.6002.exe" /s…

I can't get JRE8u101 or the new Google Chrome package to install. For JRE8u101 it fails Windows Update with a Code 645. And the Chrome shows up in Windows Update but when you try to install it it comes back with "Not Needed" even though it shows as applicable in Patch Manager and Windows Update when you do a scan. Even…
