Well I found out what happened, two things really. First that config wizard killed the NTA service and I needed to reinstall. Second our database can only grow to 12GB and when I started after the Orion SP1 install in restarted all services, including the trap service which fills the database in no time. I disabled the…

For anyone doing a search with a similar I am still having this issue. Ticket has been open pulled multiple diagnostics but no resolution yet.

Tried that and it appears the repeated "started" message has stopped but still no data. Just to be clear I was reciving a "started" message every min, not any stopped messages. edit - well the started messges stopped because now its just stopped.

A note to those reading this, we rebuilt the server and did not use R2. Had too many issues. One R2 is support we will go back to it.

This worked for me. IP SLA Manager is running and reporting data. Will update this thread is I run into issues as its unsupported.

IIS may not be started.Try restarting. IIS was running, it is what was throwing the error page. Next time it happens I will start it to see what happens.

Did you do a "no switchport" first? I don't think those commands work on switchports, need to be router ports.
