We just added monitoring of group policy changes and the reporting of change details to ARM. Please check our new release ARM 2019.4.
-
Got it - as a workaround you could try to configure some exceptions for groups being resolved in the configuration clients in the section 'Views & Reports'. Note, this will affect all reports.
-
Björn is correct - for more details on how to scan and load additional properties into ARM please refer to the 'Administrator Guide' page 79-83 or at Load additional LDAP Attributes. The Problem that ticks are displayed instead of the correct date-time value is corrected in 2019.4.1 that hast just been released.

Hi Alex, No, there is no cloud based portion and users can’t create their own account. Can you please point me to the information that made you think it would? Existing users (e.g. HR) can request the creation of accounts and depending on if an approval workflow is defined or not these would be created together with a…

Hello Christina, have a look at What We're Working on for SolarWinds Access Rights Manager (Updated Nov 7th, 2019)
-
Hi Marc, have you checked the reports in the web client available via 'Analyze and Act' already? Would be interested if these could help you and/or what you are missing. Thanks, Sven
-
Hello allmecht, we plan to release an update in Q4.
-
If you have not already, could you please open a case with Solarwinds support?
-
Edge chromium packages are provided directly to WSUS from Microsoft and these can't be modified. Unfortunately these packages are not applicable on Windows Servers.
-
Pls check the latest one here.
-
Marcus, I can't comment on release schedules but I can tell you it is not around the corner. Upgrading to 2020.2.6 makes definitely sense.
-
Choo, in your scenario best would be to set up AD authentication in SEM and not to use local accounts. See also Set up Active Directory authentication in SEM (solarwinds.com)

It is here now - check Table of Third Party Patches - Updated 02/11/2021 - THWACK (solarwinds.com) The release of update packages was delayed due to additional security reviews. We are working on streamlining the review process further, so that we can get back to a faster release cycle again. Thank you for your patience!…

We have a list of reports that we plan to add over time as resources and time permits. Is there any special report you are looking for?
-
You should deactivate the license and directly add the new license. The data won't get lost, however ARM won't work until you have added the new license key.
-
There were no DB changes in 2019.4 which I understand you observed the growth the first time? It would be interesting to understand if it is the database or database log files that increase that much? Also as customer, please don't hesitate to contact Solarwinds support to troubleshoot your environment. Thanks, Sven

We are working on improving the performance of ARM with each release. Please report any performance issues you might experience via our support channels, so that these can be documented and followed up properly. As valued customer you can open support cases in the SolarWinds Customer Portal. Thanks, Sven

Starting with the release 2019.4 we support alerts to be forwarded to existing syslog servers. ARM does not act as a syslog server for related functionality you should take a look at SolarWinds Security Event Manager or Kiwi Syslog Server.
-
We add syslog support for our alerting mechanism as additional action.

What are you looking for?

Sorry, but I can't share any specific dates but be ensured that we are currently very busy working on the next release. As soon as the Release Candidate is available we'll reach out to all existing ARM customers; we are eager to get your feedback.

Permissions Report The permissions report ‘Who has access where?’ can help you prevent unauthorized access to data…

Thanks Marcus for sharing your source code with the community. Just keep in mind SolarWinds can't provide any kind of warranty nor support, so ensure to check the content and use at your own risk.

Currently it is not possible to set a corresponding policy. However, administrators can enable approvers to set or change an expiration date by allowing them to change order details. Please refer to the Administrator Guide on page 443 for details. Thanks, Sven

You could use the following workarounds… * Select the time period in the Logbook view and activate the 'Permission changed' filter. This won't give you a sum of all changes but changes per day that you can use to get a first idea. Or,... * Use the ARM Logbook report (click on 'Report' on the right side in the Logbook…

ARM supports multiple domains. Also monitoring (logging as we call it – AD Logga) is supported. However, the domain needs to be prepared accordingly – see also http://help.8man.com/en/ueberwachungsrichtlinien-fuer-dc.html. Sven
