We had upgraded to 2018.2 HF 3 and are still experiencing a lot of performance issues waiting for the pages to load. I'm planning on applying HF 4 to see if their listed performance improvements and memory leak fixes resolve the issues we've seen.

Got it working this time. After shutting down everything through the Orion Service Manager I checked the services for any other Solarwinds services. The TFTP service was still running so I stopped it and the configuration wizard finished successfully. Should the TFTP service show up in the Orion Service Manager?

Rebooted the server and tried running the configuration wizard again. Got the following error this time instead: Anyone ever had luck getting support on the phone in under an hour of wait time? Been on hold for 42:10 so far and I'm going to have to end up hanging up.

We just tried applying HF3 and got the following error at the end of running the configuration wizard. Was upgrading from 2018.2 HF1 I'm running the install with the same account I've always used and permissions haven't changed on it.
