Was looking for this as well - glad there is a feature request.

Would be great to have it pick up from the Orion node info since we're already adding it there.

I opened a case with Cisco about this and it's still a "feature request". Since its an enhancement, it's not a priority..as of now, there isn't a way to do this via SNMP polling. However, since CLI polling was launched, we can capture this information. Try enabling CLI polling on the ASAs - it gives Remote Access VPN…

Also - Because of the way our environment is, i cannot configure a ticket to be opened for everytime a site goes down.

Interesting - the RO account just spins and says time-out. Did you have to add anything on the FTD to permit this - apart from the account info.

This si what I was looking for! Im going to test and modify the alerts to give me exactly the numbers i need Thanks!

Im not good with SQL but i can probably get help. This is my thought: When i acknowledge an alert of a node going down, i want an email to be sent out to my help desk wiht the information of the node that has gone down. this is basically what i need ot do.
