I spent 6 1/2 hrs on phone with tech support and the fix action was that I had to delete the NCM_RoutTable from my SQL data base and then I was able to complete the install without any issue.

I'm trying to upgrade From 7.3.2 to 7.4 and receiving error on web browser: Resource Key 'NCMXMLDATA_VM_01' was not found in Resource File 'NCM.Strings' I have run and re-run the config wizard with no change. Config wizard error: Error while executing script - Invalid object name 'dbo.NCM_Device Templates'
