Don't worry same boat here, just waiting and enjoying the training and the missions that they do put on. But your Thwack points do get you some cool stuff also!

Going to conferences, virtual conferences and webinars sure help. But going out and doing your own studying and research is optimal. Reading, listening to blogs and finding out what is out there, and networking with peers to see what they might do.

I would say when I landed my 2nd job after college. It really helped me stretch and grow in my IT learning. Previous IT hadn't left any documentation, and most of the technology that was in use was far beyond my own years. I was able to get things documented and bring them into the current century of IT! I learned a lot…

I always look forward to new year, new beginnings. But 2020 has taught me to look and hope for good things, and be grateful for what I have. I started a new job.
