aLTeReGo one clarification, sysaid has to handle parameters and not variables correct? The variables should be resolved by Solarwinds and passed only as parameters on the URL correct?

aLTeReGo Yes, if at all possible. That way the process is quicker and the room for human error on transfering of information with how tickets are made now is minimized.

aLTeReGo the account that this is happening on is a direct SolarWinds account. It's not the same account that is used to log into the machine with. I don't know if that makes a difference?
