Yes we need this feature also. Techs hate having to go look at the parent ticket to find the client to add it to their child ticket.

After upgrading from 12.5.1 to 12.5.2 I get an incorrect username or password error when I try to log in with my tech/admin account. How can I fix this? I know the password is correct since I use the username/password on other sites at my organization. The SWHD accounts are set up with our LDAP authentication.

Our site doesn't give us a reset password url to use. When I clicked on the forgot password it sent me an email telling me to log in with my LDAP creds.

Under Tickets, on the My Tickets tab there is an auto update feature. Please add this auto update feature to the Search Tab.
