Looks like, NCM role was not configured properly. It was set to 'None'. When the customer changed it to Webviewer, we could access the NCM DB records. Thanks everyone for your response and the help to address this issue. Appreciate it.

Thanks for your response. My question is related to using the Solarwinds API (not via SNMP or CLI) ... So far, I didn't find any Solarwinds DB which can give that ... Hence, asked. Getting it via some other means will not work for me.
