Update: So I upgraded to EOC 1.6 and NPM 11 and still no dice. I did however use an admin account on the EOC that has admin on the NPM and the box hosting the NPM and I was able to get to 100% on processed results. It is still intermittent. The processed results would frequently remain at 66% or 83%. Any ideas what could…

I have remote devices that connect to the network on and off every month. I need to report the usage based on how long the device was online/connected in minutes/hours or days during a given time period. Right now the reports I find only reflect a percentage based on the average response time.

Issue If you run the Orion to EOC Map Converter utility as a user that has account limitations for any Orion servers, it fails even if you try to import maps from a server for which the user does not have account limitations. Update: Looks like my HIPS agent was blocking some IIS Worker processes that try to modify the web.log. Tuned up the HIPS agent and all is resolved at the moment. Hope this might helps anyone's "Access is Denied" issues.

So the fix was on the EOC under manage servers. I had to select NO on collect traps and Syslogs and BOOM! my processed results went to 100% and problem stopped.
