The admin interface needs updating in my opinion! Compared to other helpdesk solutions i feel it is rather lacking, the amount of space wasted on the page is crazy!

Hello, I am trying to use the API for web helpdesk. I can do everything that i need in the GUI but we are wanting to use the API to product the data. This is the query i'm using, the status type works fine just the tech group.…

We are also having the same issue with Office 365 at the moment, we have raised with our helpdesk support and they have said a number of customers are having same issue.... We have to keep restarting to get it to start working again.
