Thanks for the article!

I'm pretty sure I answered today's question correctly but got a red x!

My points for this mission are being automatically awarded when I answer the main monthly mission question correctly. If you go to your profile, and click on your points total, it shows you a history of points being awarded. You can see this there.

I think this is one of the first years that I don't really have anything on my wish list tech related. The only things I really want to splurge on are lowering springs (and a supercharger kit....one day) for my challenger.

Today's hint should link to the release notes I think, not the demo site.

A very long time ago, we had a sales executive who had more rights than he should've in our ticketing system. He inadvertently closed ALL open tickets across the board. We worked until the wee morning hours undoing what he did. It also exposed a glaring flaw in the system since he was able to do this.

Idk why but the idea of writing poetry like this is rather intimidating to me.

Thanks for the article.

I think the question to ask about today's question is, how does this help us learn about the tool? I don't see how it's applicable at all. It's like a "gotcha" technicality that doesn't truly have anything to do with the functionality of the tool itself.

I got it correct but was not awarded any points.

I think my answer should be marked correct since today is my birthday.

Boooo - today's question needs to be redone.

Thanks for the articles!

I think the "If you know replication" is the kicker. I do not. I had to go back and put a magnifying lens over the question and reread the answers several times for it to click, but it's too late because I have a big red x today.
-
I think everyone's missing the point, or the attempt at the point maybe? Perhaps the intention was for us to engage with the people being mentioned in each question and learn about their history/articles/qwerks? At any rate, I appreciate the free points, even with the big fat ugly red x's!

I don't understand today's question. What is an "endpoint"? That is nowhere on the hint page.
-
I think this is a valid concern, not literally, but with automation continually growing, the need for larger IT staffs will decrease over time. With that being said, I think we should all strive to get over this fear and figure out ways that we can improve our roles and enhance the monitoring experience.

Interesting article. In my company I've found that most teams are too quick to blame the network, not application.

That sure is a tough question. I would have to say that late 2017 was my luckiest moment, when a big change up was in the works at my company and rumors of layoffs were happening all around. New management was finally on board with pulling me out of my current dept and onto another (My current boss had been trying for…

Agree with the other folks. Today's question isn't correct, or at least all answers are not found on the supplied hint page. Do over!

Sigh.......I should've read closer. I hate seeing that red x!

Sure looks like it. We're being trolled.

Thanks for the links! And awesome picture.
