Thanks for the article. IMO, the options are only going to grow more in the future. Crazy to even think about that!

We moved out chat communications to Slack and it's been great. We've also been gradually moving towards the cloud but I think this process is an "easy does it" approach. We're also using more Ubiquity devices in the near future. Not too sure how I feel about that atm.

We have custom reports we use for this purpose, although it's a manual process. I wish we could simply turn on automatic dependencies but that simply won't work for us because of our topologies.

I didn't understand how one of the options was even applicable at all really but selected it anyway due to what people have said about the post answer text and now I have a big fat ugly red X.

Also, we're upgrading our SW suite next week (hopefully). This is something I've been excited about due to our growth exceeding our current system. And I agree with wluther​ about new items in the Thwack store!

I've been virtual for the past few years and tbh, I've turned down potential offers because I prefer it so much to going into an office every day. I thrive in this environment and feel as if I am moving in slow motion in an office. I have the feeling that I'm somewhat opposite of most folks in that regard.

Thanks for the article...like I have said before, on premise/hybrid is going to be around for a lot longer than people think, I believe.
