We are running WPM 2.0 currently. As far as I can see we are using an old piece of Citrix software embedded in another application that doesn't appear to be java based. I can get clarrification when our application support comes in this morning. When I playback recording with X,Y enabled the recorder software crashes.

Right now we are going through auditing for some of our alerts, and I don't see a way to run a report of items that have been acknowledged with descriptions for specific time periods. This is a very important feature in most monitoring products.

Reading over the information page for the script it appears that the perl would find all instances of an error, but can it be tuned to only find the most recent occurance?
