I would rank them 2,1,3 also. We too are keeping CiscoWorks around just about only for the UserTracking functionality. Another item I would love to be able to search on is the switchport description and have OrionNCM tell me what devices have been connected to that switchport over xxx time. We use this function in…

Yep that did the trick. I didn't realize I had to use TFTP to pull the config down. I've got 1 of my 3030 concentrators working now!

Anyone find an answer for this? We are just in the process of implementing a pair of WISM's and WCS. I'd like OrionNCM to be able to go into the WISM (just a pair of WLC's) and pull down the config file. The "show run-config" CLI command doesn't actually give you to commands to configure the WLC -- just output on how the…

See this post: It should give an idea of how to do this and some sample code that I'm using. --greg

Where you ever able to find a solution to this? I'm trying to do the exact same thing....We populate the SNMP ChassisID on all of our devices with a custom internal inventory tag # and seperate inventory #'s with a "," delimiter for devices that contain multiple inventory tag #'s. --greg
