All do respect but I now have a product that doesn't work & you want me in invest another $1500.00 !! Like many other small companies my budget is not existent and my budget for 2010 was spent on the toolset product ! NO THANKS !!

I would not have had a problem with this answer but when first talked to a sales/engineer they insisted this would not be a problem. Now I look like the fool !
