We got shibboleth to fully work with the built in SAML settings in versions 12.7.x. Below is a general guide: 1. Sign-in page URL = our-idp-domain/.../SSO This sign-in page url may be different, you'd need to ask your IdP what it is for your case. 2. Verification certificate = This is just the X509 signing certificate…

I'll open a ticket then. CC seems to be sporadic at best now. I just sent a reply to a Client with Client-Defined CC still there and it only send an email to the Client only.
-
Just to add-on after more testing... If Client box is unchecked, Client-Defined CC WON'T receive emails either.

I just started noticing this -- we recently updated to 12.8.5 HF3. So 12.8.6 fixes OAuth?

We are running WHD on Rocky 9. You shouldn't notice any difference between CentOS and Rocky or Alma since they are all Red Hat based. My recommendation is the following: 1. Get a trial WHD instance running on the target OS you plan to use. 2. Export your DB and import your DB to said new OS. 3. Work out kinks on the new…

I just tried downloading emails again today and it seems to still be an issue. Seems to come back after a day or so after restarting WHD.

I think you may need to re-post this in the SWSD forums instead. This is the Web Help Desk forums. Service Desk forums --> thwack.solarwinds.com/.../forum

Does the bug have something to do with the canned response just sending emails out without it being applied in the ticket? There were a few tickets reported to me that my canned response emailed them but it was never used in their tickets. Additionally, I'm in the ticket and can use my canned response even though the…

We're running on a Rocky Linux 9.4 VM. It seems after a restart of WHD downloading emails seems to be working again. I'm also not sure if it was a memory issue either; our VM was oom'd due to other processes so I added more memory to it. I think this is solved at this point.

Yes, this worked before and now it doesn't seem to. I have applied HF2 already.
-
Can anyone confirm their SSO is working after applying HF2?

This is the same issue for us. I decided to roll all files back despite the .jar's working without the snippet from the XML.
-
Confirmed this issue is no longer present after updating to 12.8.1.824.

Okay, I will find a time to update to the latest patch. I was trying to avoid updating to 12.8.1 because I was under the impression there was going to be a 12.8.2 right around the corner which would include other fixes. This would have been ideal so as to not schedule multiple outage windows. But anyways I will update to…

We're running 12.8.0

Technical support ended up creating two support cases for me, one for the incorrect times and one for broken .ics objects. They replied saying it's currently bugged and that the next release will fix both issues hopefully.
-
I've sent an email in with details, thanks.

I upgraded our instance to 12.8.0 (Build #12.8.0.332) and now when I set a Scheduled Date for a ticket, the calendar invite subject is appended with null and the calendar .ics object received is not supported by Outlook (it's literally named "not supported calendar message.ics"). I have planned to upgrade to 12.8 this Friday (11/24/2023) and will report back to see if it is resolved. Thanks.
